Prices have gone up. And she doesn't care like her father did. It has become all about the money now not about helping

Was charged a $250 emergency fee for an ear infection when I came in at 4:30..owner shaking her head at me after I refused to pay.. heard whispering from the back and girls acting very immature when coming to the front. Tech saying I wasn’t welcome back (in front of the owner), after I asked for her medical records. They definitely don’t want to do any extra work. After emphasizing she was GSD, they listed “mixed breed” as her breed. When I asked for copies of prescriptions instead of their medicine, they were acting extremely rude. Just because i didn’t immediately hand over my hard earned money and asked about my charges, they didn’t like that. Aside the unruly staff, the vet was no good either. She didn’t know what she was talking about. Why would I go back? I only went because of the good things I had heard about them, but I guess that was the old staff. Owen is who I saw. She talked up her business and totally put down the people at tractor supply, who I had told her helped me pick out Farrah’s shots. Mind you, I’ve been dealing with animals longer than her. They wanted me to get the shots from the vet, when she’d already had them. Why would she be so concerned about not prescribing fluconazole but want to push extra injections? They are scammers

My dachsund friday morning seemed extremely sick and his veterinarian was closed due to it being good Friday. I called baldwyn veterinarian hospital and they had me to bring him to them without a appointment which in my experience a lot of clinics won't do especially for a first time visit. They were outstanding with the way they treated my Oscar and explained everything throughly with me. When I went back to get him that evening it was easy to Oscar had been loved on by the staff and even though being sick he was definitely enjoying it. They definitely won Oscar over and even though it's definitely a lot longer drive Oscar now has a new doctor. Can't thank Dr.Taylor and staff enough for taking such great care of my Oscar!!!
