⭐☆☆☆☆ depending on your preference) Headline: WARNING: Check your itemized receipts very closely before paying. I am writing this to warn potential clients to carefully verify their final billing before leaving this clinic. Yesterday, I brought my dog in for an urgent visit due to a sudden medical issue and paid $375.93 via CareCredit. Today, upon reviewing the itemized invoice (Invoice #213411) against my original medical estimate and my dog's actual lab results, I discovered I was charged for multiple services that were never performed. The clinic successfully ran standard blood work. However, they tacked on a Fecal Exam ($15.30), a Nail Trim ($9.00), a Needle Aspirate ($13.50), a Cytology ($31.50), and an SDMA Kidney Test ($39.78). None of these five services were actually done yesterday, and the SDMA line was left completely blank on her official lab results. Even after factoring in the 10% senior/disabled discount applied to the bill, this clinic took $156.49 for unrendered services. They took our money yesterday, but when looking for accountability today, the errors remain uncorrected. I am demanding a direct refund of $156.49 back to my CareCredit card. To any new clients considering this clinic: they may provide the basic medical testing, but you absolutely must demand an itemized printout and double-check every line item before you hand over your card

NO sympathy given when your dog passes. My brother went to pick up our dog, a waiting room FULL of people and they handed her out the door and turned around. Luckily a nice man got up and opened the door so my brother could get out of that awful waiting room with everyone staring at him as he try’s to not break down. They simply could’ve handed him her around back, just some sympathy would’ve been nice. But they see your animals as just an animal. No more , not a family, not someone you love. The Dr is very kind, very thorough, checks on your baby often and gives you updates. But the ladies need to consider having more comparison or a new job. Do better.

Excellent experience with this clinic. This is first dr. That didn’t allow blosm to dictate the exam. Even after getting sum pretty bad looking scratches the dr wasn’t giving up and was able to treat her more thoroughly than anyone else. Including me!
