Normally never like to leave a review, unless of course its 5 star, that being said, I will just state facts...no opinion. Last week on 4/30/26 I called the clinic to ask of bringing 3 dogs as I wanted to change to a clinic where the same vet would see them every time. I was instructed that I did not need an appointment to just bring all 3 in on Monday morning and drop them off. That is what I did this morning 5/4/26. I brought my dogs in and in after 20min I asked for somebody to at least take one dog back, I have a mostly paralyzed left arm and neck/back injuries, my dogs were super excited and nervous, nobody ever came to take at least one dog back. I went outside with them twice and waited out there and after at least 1hr of holding onto my dogs, waiting and wondering. I just loaded the dogs back up, came back inside to let the lady know I was leaving. Thanked her and said have a nice day. I will never come back to this place, especially considering that I asked if I needed an appointment, when I called last week as well. Further...the ladies behind the desk did not respond to most of what I said, didnt even look at me, then 2-3 minutes later, they're asking questions, that were already answered. Thank you
