Horrible ! Lady with red hair in the front office told me over the phone my baby could be seen today and when I came in she had a horrible attitude and said everyone was in surgery!! Her attitude and empathy was horrible!!

Had a wonderful experience getting my dog neutered here last week! Everyone that I encountered was pleasant and set expectations for what was to come! It gave me peace of mind knowing that my dog was being properly cared for. They called me when the dog was ready to be picked up! They gave me specific instructions for care once I got him home. They gave me pain medication for my dog for several days. It's been 5 days now and we haven't had a single complication from the surgery! Going forward, I'll be happy to know that these folks will be caring for my, Scruffy!

My family and I use lakeview for all of our animals and will never switch. Dr. Sheffield is the most caring and compassionate animal doctor and he spends time with us to answer any questions we have and our animals absolutely adore him. The staff is also phenomenal, especially the one young lady name Brooke. She is the sweetest, most kind, caring tech we have ever experienced. Thank you all so much for always loving our animals the way we do.
