I have a German Shepherd who began having seizures at 14 months. At first, they were great. We saw the vet and everything was great. He was put on Keppra and that was that. No bloodwork, just "here you go, take this"! We bought our meds from them and things were okay until his next seizure. The they added phenobarbital. No instructions, just, here, take these over-priced meds. Btw, this clinic does not use Chewy.com.

I called today to see about bringing in my 15 year old dog to get checked out due to some symptoms we have recently noticed, and we wawnted to get her ears checked. First they were trying to send me to the emergency vet, then wanted to do a whole blood work up, & charge us a $250 deposit. I have a daughter who is a month away from graduating from vet school & has already passed her licensing exam, so she tried talking to the receptionist. The receptionist literally hung up on us while my daughter was talking to her. They just lost my business. I am not taking my animals to a clinic where the customer service is awful. I no longer recommend Florence Animal Clinic.
