I work long shifts that burn me extremely out, so I was looking for someone to board my dog for a day and bathe him also. When asking about a free bath and boarding that was offered as apart of their puppy package I purchased in November, I was rudely told that “You should’ve came around January 30th”. Not once was I told that the free bathe and boarding expires which is what I told the lady on the phone. What I WAS TOLD was that they would NOT bathe nor board my dog until all the shots were completed. Which is understandable. The first lady was kind, and she went to find someone to answer my question. The lady she found was extremely rude and snappy. I’m not trying to be a freeloader, y’all. I’m just trying to acquire the services that were initially promised to me that I did not get and paid for (included in puppy package). This was obviously a case of poor communication, but snapping on me over the phone is unprofessional and intolerable. That’s not how you run a business. I had no choice but to hang up in her face before I said something nasty. Seeing how they respond to their less than favorable reviews speaks volumes as well. Crazy part? I would’ve paid whatever fee they had if they were nice about it, but it’s fine. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Everyone is amazing. I just moved back to the area and I was very skeptical about where to take my fur baby. I’m so happy we came here. The staff and the doctor were all awesome 🥰❤️

Be diligent pet parents. Sometimes the staff are rude to each other and I personally know a guy who had worse problems than he came with regarding his pitbull's health. This is an online forum controlled mostly be the business. Of course he's going to curtail negative comments. It helps to get a cross section of comments in multiple sources including in the real life neighbourhood

I have a cat that is well over 10 years old. I have taken him to the Vet faithfully because that's what you do for your pets.. Owen Jenkins and I are always treated with care, compassion and respect. As Owen Jenkins got older he acquired kidney disease and also went blind. Dr. Wilkerson did not once treat Owen Jenkins any different just because he got older. I thank everyone who treated Owen Jenkins with love and compassion and as he enters his final stage in life I know with this hospital's care every decision I have made for Owen Jenkins was correct. I recommend this hospital to anyone who loves their pets and values to make sure they have the best quality of life possible... although Owen Jenkins has not left me yet I know that I would not have had him this long (18) years if it wasn't for Dr. Wilkerson care and passion as a Veterinarian.
