TLDR: Do not go here. They genuinely could not care less. My friends and I found a kitten out on the street in front of their house. The kitten was wailing, covered in fleas, and bleeding. As good samaritans, they decided to take this kitten, which was not theirs by the way, to get medical attention. This place is TERRIBLE to bring any pet. Granted they had more urgent matters at hand, they triaged the cat and after blood work told us that the kitten has infections and said they can’t keep him. They tried dumping it on us after we explicitly told them that we cannot as we have our own cats at home that we would be putting at risk. After we told them that, they basically told us that since it is after midnight, there wasn't anything they could do. All while the is going on, someone's pet is dying in the next room and they just leave the owners out by the entrance. No bedside manner, nothing. They won't let us surrender the cat and leave or we will be held financially responsible for the whole thing. This is ridiculous. Everyone there was incredibly unprofessional and undertrained. Apparently no one can be a good person anymore and save an animal without responsibility being put on them. It shouldnt matter if it's past midnight. What would they have done if someone dropped off an animal outside the door and left it? If it was after midnight it's just automatically not their problem anymore? This is incredibly unprofessional and we will NEVER recommend anyone come here. I would like to get into contact with someone to discuss this matter.
