My did died over 2 years ago at that time I contacted Banfield to end my wellness subscription the next month I had to contact them again as the monthly payment was still being deducted from my bank account. I moved to Mexico, then back to the United States. I used one of those apps that looks for recurring subscriptions and lo and behold Banfield has been charging me $62.84 for the past 2 years. I contacted them and they told me they would stop my recurring charges, but would not offer any reimbursement for the last 2 years of payments. Customer service told me to take it up with my local store - that os piss poor service for a company that says they care.

I had an emergency with my cat, who I have had for 12 years. I didn't even call first. Walked right in and they took care of him right away. My cat was a whole lot better in a couple days. So greatful. I highly recommend their services!
