So they do not want to handle any fussy animals, they do not know how and are rude about the animal. The medicine is expensive too for just the smallest things, and are picky about payment, go to forest if you have an emergency or just in general, medicine is at a reasonable price too. Not to mention they know how to handle animals and aren't picky about their patients.
