The vet is excellent, head over heels for animals. She is definitely in the right field of work for her. The staff is very nice and the clinic is clean. Minimal to no animal smells. So far, the couple of times I went there they were busy and seemed a bit scattered. I requested that they pulled medical records for my cats in advance before my appointment - twice. Both times they did not have it prepared thus making my appointment times longer or just going without the info in general for the first appointment. After that it was smooth sailing. I would still highly recommend them.
