We have been trusting the care and boarding of our dogs here for 12ish years when we first moved to the area. They have treated our dogs for everything from dietary issues, parasite prevention and routine exams, to cancer surgeries and diagnostics. When something arose that was a little more than they were equipped for, like an emergency eye surgery for my elderly Boxer to my Service Dog requiring ICU admission at MSU, they made sure that we had access to the services we needed and even followed up on our dogs recoveries. We have moved recently and drove over an hour to board with them so that we could enjoy our vacation without worrying about our dogs safety and health while we were gone. We have always received the best care and best treatment available there. The staff is always friendly and supportive. One of my dogs went into cardiac arrest (nothing to do with the clinic) and they stopped working in the back to allow me the time that I needed with him to say goodbye. I have cards that they’ve sent me after a pet has crossed the rainbow bridge, and I didn't even know how they knew but they did. You cant bottle and sell that.

THIS DOCTOR WAS ABOUT TO KILL MY DOG WITHOUT DOING FURTHER TESTING!!!!Please please please be careful before bringing your injured animals here. I brought my girl in for weakness, glassy eyes, twitching, and dehydration. They saw wax melt dried to her fur and did blood work. From the blood work and low red blood cell count, she ran no further testing and told me it was sepsis from severe wax burns. That had I taken the dog in sooner she would’ve been fine. I was going to need almost $4,000 just to have her treated and hospitalized. I asked if we could work something out and she told me “no, but if we do this she still may not make it , it may be best to euthanize her.” I was distraught. 😭 took her to a second vet and they did blood work and took x rays. Had they tried to do further testing this doctor would’ve seen it was her stomach. (Attached are photos of my dog shaved with no burns, and the x rays the second doctor did proving them wrong.)

I have been to this clinic several times over the years and they pretty much let me down every time. Rude and careless. First off they have never solved any issue with any pet that I have brought here and I don’t know why I thought the outcome yesterday would be different but I brought my senior dog in bc I noticed he has a hemorrhoid. She told me she needed to test him for parasites. I found that strange bc he’s 16 years old he does not have parasites. Whatever they did when they took him back i don’t know, but he came back to me in far worse condition than he was when i brought him in. I am writing this the next day and he can barely walk, cannot sit, and he is crying. He is in extreme pain and there’s nothing i can do. The medicine they prescribed him isn’t even for hemorrhoids, it’s an antifungal. Not even to mention what i paid for this visit. They may do okay with other dogs but if you have a senior dog do not bring them here. Honestly wouldn’t even recommend them for a flea pill bc the front desk lady is rude. I came here in a pinch once again and I will never be back.
