they were very kind and compassionate to me and were willing to help me as much as they could seeing as my dog has epilepsy. Were very interested in if I could find the right kind of help he needed and if I couldn't they were more than willing to see him and make sure he stays on his current meds...I've known Mrs Nancy for a very long time and she is blunt and straight forward and I will definitely call them again if one of my fuzzy younguns get sick and doesn't need to be sent to a specialist... thank y'all for being so kind to me

The most rude lady that I've ever spoken with on the phone. SHE SOUNDED like she might should've retired a few years ago. I WILL NEVER CALL TO TRY TO GET AN APPOINTMENT for my dog ever again. ONE THING IN LIFE I CAN'T STAND ARE RUDE PEOPLE and this receptionist was 100% rude and totally out of line...4/24/26 2:20pm.
