First off, I love Dr. Gordon, and I only come here because he was my vet at a previous veterinary practice. So there's no issue with him. The other vets there are also good. My issue is with the lady (dark hair) at the front desk-- not to be confused w/ the older fromt desk lady who I love! I spend thousands of dollars in here every year. I had a dog spayed here yesterday. I always get quotes on everything, so I'm not spending blindly. Called here and received a quote, and the price was a lottt different-- couple hundred-- than quoted which led me to ask her if I can see what I was charged for which seemed to be a problem with her. Then told Dr. Gordon an incorrect version of what I said. I'm allowed to ask about something if the price is so drastically different!! The smugness, attitude, etc from her was crazy.. especially from someone who is always there spending money! I had no problem paying the bill but was curious why the difference was so drastic from the quote. I'm not complaining about the price. It is what it is. It's her that the review is about. It's a good vet hospital overall, but please dont ask this lady questions about your bill.
