Wish they would sell the nexguard chews without having to bring the animals to the actual clinic. I have monster size German shepherds that aren't to keen about riding in a vehicle, a mini aussie who pukes at the sight of a car interior, and 3 or 4 "muts" who've never ridden in a vehicle before period and won't get in in one willingly for sure. They weigh at least 60-70 lbs each, so I, as a 5'4" girl, can't physically load them up to go in-clinic for a visit. If it was a life or death emergency or something, I'd, of course, do what I could to get them help. But short of that, Im not trying to get bitten from them being scared or them get loose on me in the middle of tupelo. SO WHAT DOES SOMEONE IN THIS SITUATION DO? we live n the country where there's as many fleas and ticks as there are rocks in the driveway. NONE of the otc meds/drops work to prevent tick infestation like they claims & the only flea meds that work are the capaction tabs-!! So for that, I give them a 3. The staff are friendly, building is clean, and the Dr's are good. They also have the hills science diet sensitive stomach special food my aussie has to have in stock all the time so that's what the 3 start review is for-!

All this place cares about is money. Rude staff. Tried to get them to call chewys online pharmacy to validate a script they wrote me at the clinic for my dogs severe allergy medicine. The would not answer the phone or text back on any number they have listed. I guess if you dont buy their price gouged medicine your not good enough for them and now my dog has been out for weeks. Thanks for nothing. Moving to a new building and under a new name isn't going to fix the crappy service and rude attitudes you get from there. Hope no one makes the mistake of trusting these money hungry people.

Imagine being a client of Cloverhaven Animal Hospital since the summer of 2021 and having spent THOUSANDS of dollars there over the last three plus years. Imagine that in January, they "let go" of the best veterinarian that my animals have ever been to and leaving so many customers scrambling to find another doctor for their fur babies. Imagine most of the staff walking out because this doctor was "let go". Imagine now trying to get a simple everyday prescription filled for anxiety medicine for one of my 17 dogs that has very bad reactions to rain and thunderstorms, and being denied. Imagine being blocked from their Facebook page for making a comment. Imagine that the people running this place thinking that "Cloverhaven" (the name) is the reason that people took their animals in, and not the doctors that are no longer there and the staff that walked out. This office was not convenient for me at all to use. It was a 45 minute drive one way to get my animals there, but I trusted the doctors and staff and that's what mattered to me. But now, in my opinion, you should RUN from this place and find somewhere else to take your pets because it sure does seem like they do not care about your pets or their customers. If I could do less than a one star, I would.
