Had I had a better first time experience, my ratings would be higher. I am a VERY understanding person lets start there but my appointment was set for 11am on 6/4/26 for ONE shot which was yesterday. I was only ab 5 minutes late but allegedly there were still no rooms available anyway so i had to wait unfortunately. Another lady comes in AFTER i had already been waiting 20 minutes for a room. A vet tech came about 10 mins later to weigh HER dog & then an additional 5-10 minutes later i found out that they had given the dog its shot. KNOWING i had already been waiting for almost 45 minutes ALREADY. I watched her talk to another vet tech & tell her that she was only doing what she was told after the other vet tech had mentioned to her that I was already waiting!!! & the blonde hair vet tech mouthed to me that she was “sorry”. I just rolled my eyes & shrugged it off. Surprisingly I was very patient with them regardless of the treatment administered to me & Oreo with their vet staff. I did not like the fact that my office visit took over an HOUR when the lady that came AFTER me visit only took 25-30 minutes. That is extremely unfair & weird. The receptionist working that day ALSO hit my car but she was sooo apologetic about it so im not mad at her at all but this establishment needs better vet tech workers & better customer service skills!! Next time i come in & unfair treatment like this happens again it will not be like yesterday. It takes alot for me to get angry but i felt my experience there was HORRIBLE especially for a first time visit!

Very kind people working there and they were able to squeeze us in when we had an issue with my dog. They even called to check on him after his appointment.

We were trying to help a stray/ferel cat out and have him fixed but this clinic was not helpful at all. They wanted me to spend hundreds of dollars and multiple visits before they would fix him. I explained I just wanted him fixed and I would release him back in the yard. He would have to be trapped also. They didn’t care. This is one reason we have to many strays. I was willing to pay for him to be fixed. Again they didn’t care
