With our regular vet being out of the office, we called several other veterinary clinics in town hoping someone could see our cat. Unfortunately, every place we called told us they were fully booked and couldn’t help. Then we called Best Friends, and the young lady who answered didn’t hesitate for a second she simply told us to come in as a walk-in. From the minute my daughter walked through the door, the staff made both her and our fur baby feel welcomed and cared for. Although I wasn’t able to be there in person, they had no problem jumping on FaceTime to explain my cat’s diagnosis, answer my questions, and put my worries at ease. That level of compassion and communication meant more than they probably realize. I truly cannot thank the entire staff enough for the incredible care they gave our fur baby. Even though he was in pain, they made him feel calm, comfortable, and at ease throughout the visit. What started as a very stressful situation turned into such a wonderful experience because of their kindness, compassion, and professionalism. We are beyond grateful for the exceptional care they provided and highly recommend Best Friends to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly cares. ❤️🐾

My husband and I are military and constantly moving and finding a vet you trust can be scary. They easily accepted our 4 month old puppy and provided such loving and wonderful service!! The staff is incredible, friendly and kind! I cannot recommend this place more!!!

The entire visit was great! The office was extremely clean, which is something that we have not been used to with our previous veterinarian. The doctors were very attentive and took my concerns seriously. Our 13 year old Chihuahua has experienced gastric episodes off an on for years and it was brushed off as a tummy upset and we were sent home. She weighs 5 lbs at most and has no weight to lose. A friend recommended us taking her to Best Friend's Animal Hospital and I am so glad we did. From the minute we walked in the office we were greeted with a smile, a Disney movie playing on the huge TV in the waiting area and a sense of calm. I held Angel because she was not feeling well, not because I was afraid to put her on the floor. Again, this office was so clean and smelled so good. Freshly painted white with beautiful paintings of animals on the walls. And that's just the office, the doctor and tech were both amazing with Angel. After checking Angel out and reviewing her records from our previous Veterinarian they gave me a plan with an estimated price of what they wanted to do to figure out what we were dealing with. They ran labs, gave her fluids, nausea medication, and changed her diet. After over 10 years we have an answer. She has IBD and has been experiencing flare-ups for years. They changed her food, and gave us medications to have on hand if she has a flare-up. All I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart. As most animal parents, these little ones are our babies. They are part of our family and we treat them as such. The care we were given was phenomenal. I highly recommend Best Friend's Animal Hospital. They truly care.
