Dr. Cain was very attentive and understanding. She had true care and concern for my 13 year old schnauzer Belle who has pneumonia.

Best place to go if you (want) the option of your pet to die. Your options are limited.

I took my kitten who was having trouble breathing there they immediately took him to the back to put him on oxygen, I told them that I couldn’t put all the money they were asking for up front and asked could I pay in installments so my kitten would have a chance to live, I was told that they don’t do that and that I would have to pay everything up front which was going to be well over a 1000 dollars, because my kitten had pneumonia and had to remain at the hospital in the oxygen tank and meds, in the end I was given a ultimatum: utilize my kitten for a 100 dollars more or sign him over to the hospital in which they would nurse him back to health and let someone in the hospital adopt him or if his health didn’t improve he would then be utilized, so naturally I signed him over unwilling because I wanted him to have a chance to live, he was only 6 weeks old, after signing I was told that I could not call for updates or to come see him and told I could leave the hospital, I was devastated by this and heartbroken. PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO THIS SO CALLED HOSPITAL IT IS JUST A SCAM, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU IF YOU DONT HAVE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO PAY UP FRONT! I LOST MY LITTLE KITTEN BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE ALL THE MONEY TO PAY UP FRONT!
