The staff at Lakeland Animal Clinic are very caring and helpful. They have taken care of our family pets for many years. Our current dog Ginger is groomed there and the groomer does a great job making her look nice.

For the last couple of years I have been taking my 14 year old Miniature Dachshund to Lakeland Animal Clinic after his former vet’s office closed. He and I have been delighted by the love and care that he receives from everyone at Lakeland, especially Dr Brown. When it’s time for a checkup, I just say “Want to go to the vet?”, and he literally jumps and spins with joy. We have been with Dr Brown the entire time, and she is awesome! She obviously loves Franklin, and he loves her. She provides consistently excellent care, and is great about communicating with me about his conditions, as he has diabetes, and needs the kind of veterinary care that Dr Brown delivers. And the reception desk staff is equally welcoming and supportive. Frank loves them, too, particularly Brandi, who clearly also loves him. Lakeland Animal Clinic is a welcoming, warm, loving place for my 10 pound dog, and he knows that, which is why he gets so excited when I say “Let’s go to the vet!” Thanks to Dr Brown and Brandi I could not more highly recommend LAC, Dr Brown, and Brandi.

All staff here is amazing! They were recommended by an employee from Banfield and it could not have been a better recommendation! The staff is always courteous and prompt. We’ve been going there for about 4 years now! Grooming (by Liz) is an added PLUS! Their sister clinic Northeast Animal Hospital on County Line Road is top tier as well! Highly recommended both places! 🤩

All the staff regarded Francesca as their only patient at this busy clinic. Face to face interactions were professional, courteous, and helped me feel valued as a pet owner. My cat, a stray, was given the gentlest exam. I'm glad I got the recommended tests. Had to wait just 10-15 minutes while they waited on test results. When they gave her back to me she didn't seem traumatized at all. Dr Abbott also saw her a couple of days later for her spay surgery. Again, I was warmly welcomed by clinic staff Brandi & Candace. Francesca was glad to be home. I think the hardest part for her is the car rides. I am so glad I found Lakeland Animal Clinic, where every pet is warmly loved.

Worked with me when i was limited financially. It meant a lot to me! very kind and helpful in taking care of my pompom, cause her just a baby :)
