The first couple visits were pretty good and I was pleased. Then the last one upset me. Whenever I get an animal and the previous owner administers a vaccine and records it with the labels needed I show the doctor. Then I expect them to continue based off of the past records. I wasn’t too sure exactly where my last pup received his vaccine but I had the records and medical label yet he completely disregarded it (even though he didn’t do that for the first pup and just continued based off the records). I also asked for a prescription so I could get the medication at a cheaper rate from the distributor, but instead he only gave me the same rate as the distributor for the medication once. I felt uneasy about asking for that same rate again when I just wanted the prescription. I feel uncomfortable with confrontation, but it is not heartwarming to feel like your voice has no weight. I already felt some attitude and I wasn’t going to stir the pot, so I just waited till it was all over and done. It’s tough times and we’re all trying to find a way to make things work. I would rather chew my leg off than to let my babies go, so I would’ve appreciated his understanding if he did. It would be nice to be heard instead of disregarded because the doctor chooses otherwise.

My cat had diarrhea and was bloated. Dr Randolph prescribed some meds. He also prescribed some prebiotic. She's doing great!

Absolutely amazing I can't begin where to review them. The staff was very friendly fast and knowledgeable. Dr Randolph was very kind and knowledgeable to our pets need. Prices for services was well beyond reasonable. A+++ highly recommend
