Good Pro but very large Con. The pro is they can get you in same day appointments sometimes. Here's the con: When I moved to the coast they became my go to vet. I used them for yearly dog and cat appointments. You bring a dog there, you aren't walking out without spending over $300 for a yearly visit. You bring a new cat there, they make you come to 4 seperate appointments each costing $100-$300. Just an FYI, the vet office in Kiln is WAY cheaper. A dogs yearly is in the $100s and a new cat appointment is only ONE appointment costing just over $100. You can also walk in and buy Bravecto since they always have them in stock. At Beatline, you can't. They force you to buy it online. I'm going to go back to them from here on out regardless of the drive time. You literally saving hundreds of dollars. Done being ripped off.

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this one is absolutely deserved. We discovered Beatline Oaks last Thursday when our beloved pup became very sick. They were able to fit us in right away and asked us to leave her for some testing. When the results came back, the news was heartbreaking. Dr. James was incredibly caring, compassionate, and patient as she walked us through our options. She never rushed us, pressured us, or made us feel like just another appointment. In fact, she made us feel as though we were her only patients that day. Unfortunately, we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to our girl. While it was one of the most devastating moments our family has ever experienced, the entire process was handled with such kindness, dignity, and empathy that it brought us a measure of comfort during an unimaginable time. We have missed our sweet girl every day since. Today, when we checked the mail, we found a card from the office signed by the entire staff, complete with her paw prints and a nose print. This thoughtful gesture meant more to our family than words can express. I only wish we had found Beatline Oaks under happier circumstances. Even so, I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for a veterinary office that truly cares about both its patients and their families, this is the place.
