This establishment doesn't specialize in rabbits. This evening our rabbit Lily, was very sick and we as a family, made an executive decision that she needed to be euthanized. I called URGIVET and explained our circumstances and they gladly offered to honor our wished and allowed us to bring Lily in. They were very polite and understanding. Thank you URGIVET.

They charged me $1,100.00 for my cat being there overnight. And then they couldn't tell me why his fever keeps spiking. Then said we had to pick him up by 8am. When we got home, our fur baby still had an IV stuck in him. I called his regular doctor to see what to do, because no one was answering at Urgivet. They told me we were supposed to transport him over to them, his primary doctor. I asked them why wouldn't Urgivet tell us that. They never told us anything. Not even what was wrong with him. The Vet there said she was at a loss. And that was it. For all that, they charged us $1,100. FOR NOTHING! I miss when people became Vets because they wanted to help animals. Not just for the money. Our baby is still sick and Urgivet in Madison just took our money and did nothing to help. They should be shutdown!
