Professional and caring staff. Our Leia is a needy girl who does not play well with others, but the staff at EMPH And R handle her well. We are grateful as we have moved away, but still make the three hour drive to board her with this amazing staff and doctors.

Heaven and Dr. Pannell were so kind, and handled Nebula with so much care. I will be returning. I loved being taken to a room immediately. It made Nebula very calm and made the whole process easier.

Outstanding vet & staff. Dr Pannel has addressed a pet passing with such empathy; yearly vaccinations; anal gland needs; ear issue for 1; prep for 2 for boarding at pet resort; routine accident issues addressed swiftly plus professional first line receptionist every time I phone. In other words-one would be hard pressed to find such a fine establishment here in 2026 Shelby County! Thanks so much for being Zoe’s, Jag’s & my son’s long time companion Fritz!

Kudos and my sincere appreciation to Dr. Savoy and her team for taking care of my pup during his 1st visit. He had a reaction to his vaccines and they jumped in quick without delay to address it and observed him for continued reactions. They showed so much love and kindness to me and my pup and addressed all his other concerns including a future dental cleaning. Very detailed and no rushing in assessing him. The office was clean and smelled great. Thanks again for all that you do for us pet moms and dads😊.
