Every single staff person I've interacted with over 7 years of coming to Memphis Animal Clinic has been warm and helpful. They are so compassionate and patient with nervous pets (and nervous pet owners). Plus, they are upfront and transparent about costs and options. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

I was in Paris and my cat sitter noticed my cat was not feeling well, using the potty frequently, hiding, hissing, and not wanting to be touched. I didn’t have a vet in Memphis yet. I called the one closest to my house and explained the situation. They took my Nikkō right away, despite that their earliest appointment wasn’t until later in the afternoon. My cat had a blocked bladder and stayed at the vet overnight for several days and through the weekend, almost half the time I was gone. While I was a world away Dr Lynn was amazing. She took the time to answer every one of my phone calls. She would text me updates since we were in different time zones and I would wake up to how my cat was progressing with his treatment. The staff recognized Nikkō’s personality as social and explorative and would give him supervised time outside of the cage to give him a break from his cone, explore, be with company, and get love. When it was all said and done the costs were fair and reasonable for the amount of treatment and boarding time he received. He was sent back to my house sitter with medicine and I just got home today to my beautiful sweet kitten healthy and happy. I’m grateful for the staff not only keeping my cat alive but also going above and beyond given my unique situation.

I had a wonderful experience, they treated my dog for abrasions in both her eyes. I love this place, I will be taking her back next week for a checkup and to get dewormed.

They take very good care of both of my dogs and our son’s cat and we’ve never had an issue. ❤️❤️❤️
